Carol has been a resident of Nevada County for over 20 years, firstly
working with the Pleasant Ridge School District for 9 years, then moving
into
Real
Estate after her children had finished school.
Carol has a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Fewer than 5% of agents hold this designation, which has been awarded
by the Council of Residential Specialists since 1977.
Carol also has Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. This
nationally recognized designation is only obtained after a rigorous education
program and 92 hours of live course instruction.
In the senior years or any other time, buying and selling homes is one

The “Seniors Real Estate Specialist,” (SRES), designation
qualifies professionals, such as Carol to answer the many questions on
the minds of mature customers contemplating their retirement moves. Carol

of homes, availability of transportation & senior services, comfort
level of climate, terrain, financing options, & much more.
Recently in 2010, Carol became an SFR specialist, which qualifies professionals to work short sales and foreclosures sales successfully. This is one of the National Association of Realtors specialties, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.

2002 – 2010. This recognition puts Carol in the top 13 percentile
